Poster Session Guidelines
Poster Rules & Guidelines
Please review the specific formatting specifications, presentation rules, and required structural layouts for your poster presentation.
- The required size of the poster is: A0 (33 × 46 inches) · Width = 33 inches, Height = 46 inches.
- All posters must be designed and presented strictly in portrait format.
- Each presenter is allocated 3 minutes for presentation followed by 2 minutes for Questions & Answers (Q&A).
- The presenting author must be present at their designated board during the session; otherwise, the abstract will be withdrawn and omitted from the Conference Proceedings.
- Please highlight or underline the name of the presenting author on the poster layout.
- Mention the assigned Poster ID in the top right-hand corner of the poster.
- Participants must bring a high-resolution printed copy of their poster as well as a soft copy (PowerPoint or high-resolution JPEG format).
- Do not forget to bring your own double-sided tape for pasting the poster onto the assigned boards.
- Use a clean, large font size that remains easily readable from a distance of at least 3 feet.
- References must be structured in Vancouver style (with a maximum limit of 10 references).
- All clinical images, graphs, clip arts, diagrams, and drawings must be in high-resolution.
- Ensure all research funding sources, commercial names, participant names, and academic supervisors are declared and mentioned.

Operational protocols for session moderators, chairs, and presenting authors during the conference.
Before the Session Starts
- Arrive at your assigned poster row 15 minutes early to locate your designated poster board.
- Poster presenters must remain at their assigned boards during their specific presentation window (you are not required to remain there for the entire duration of the general poster viewing period).
During the Presentation Session
- Introduce yourself to the adjacent presenters and moderators if time permits.
- Chairs and moderators will monitor the presentations, encourage delegate participation, and manage "crowd control" to maintain order.
- If a poster does not draw questions from the general audience, moderators are encouraged to ask questions to stimulate academic discussion, particularly for undergraduate presenters.
- Assist delegates with locating specific poster numbers if requested.
- Moderators will maintain an official registry of any "no-show" abstract presenters.
