ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Abstract Submission guidelines
  • The participant can only submit ONE research for the competition.
  • The abstract submission will be emailed to conference.padr6@gmail.com
  • Abstract must contain no more than 250 words
  • Abstract heading includes aims and objectives, methodology, result and conclusions.
  • The presenter must get approval from all co-authors prior to submission
  • All oral presentations will be PowerPoint (2007 and onward)
  • The poster presentation format will be notified to the presenters via email
  • All correspondence will be through email so please provide valid email ID

COMPETITIONS

POSTER COMPETITION

Following individuals can participate:
  • Undergraduate students
  • House officers
  • Postgraduate students
Eligibility
  • This competition is open to all undergraduate (BDS, BSc. (Dental Technology, BS), House Officers and postgraduate students (PhD, MDS, FCPS, MSc, MPhil, MCPS) not above the age of 35.
  • If the registered author/presenter is unable to attend the conference he/she may send a substitute who can be a co-author. If the winner is a substitute, he/she will be awarded and not the registered author/contestant.
  • All presenters have to be registered before 31st August, 2019
Poster Guidelines:
  • The size of the poster should be: 5 x 3 ft. (height x width).
  • Only adhesive tapes will be used to display posters.
  • Use large text that can be easily readable from 3 feet away.
  • References must be given in Vancouver style.
  • The images (clip arts, graphs, diagrams and drawings) must all be in high resolution.
  • Names of all the participants as well as supervisors should be mentioned.
  • The presenting author should be highlighted or underlined.
  • The presenting author must be present at the time of presentation.
  • Presenters should bring their own adhesive tapes.
  • The posting and removal of the poster is the participants’ responsibility.
  • Posters should have the following information:

    • Title
    • Authors
    • Introduction /Objectives / Aims
    • Methodology
    • Results
    • Discussion
    • Conclusion
    • References
    • Acknowledgements
